How can I create an account?

You can choose to create an account, but it's not mandatory to create an account to check out. If you do have an account and you're logged in, then your address fields are pre-filled when you place an order. You can also view your order history, and see the current order status for any purchases you make. You have the option to log in through the "Already have an account?" Log in link above the email entry field (at checkout). Clicking this link prompts you to either enter your email address and password, create a new account, or continue to check out as a guest.
 

When will my order ship?

We'll ship orders from Monday-Friday. Once you make an order, it can take up to 2 working days once your package is shipped. All the estimated delivery days shown are based after the order shipment has been confirmed.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Don’t panic. Breathe. And then contact us via orders@boldtuesday.com or reply to the original order confirmation email. Send us the description of the situation and photos of the damaged product(s) or packaging. We’ll help you out.

What kind of payment methods can I use?

Smiles, hugs and good words. Hah, we wish the world would work like that. Actually any of the following is fine: MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay.
 

What is your store currency?

We process all orders in EUR.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

We dispatch all orders from Estonia (EU), so no extra import duties or taxes when shipping destination is also in the EU.
In anywhere else - maybe. It depends on the laws in your country. In that case, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.
