What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard). So you can sleep soundly at night, your credit card payments are processed
by secured and trusted payment platform Braintree (used by AirBnB, Uber, Fab, and Living Social).

After I removed my poster from the tube, it was all curled up. How do I fix it?
Don't fret. A fresh Bold Tuesday map taken out of its packaging likes to stay curled inward for a spell. To fix it, there are a few options. You can unroll the poster,
place some heavy books on the ends, and let it sit for a few days. You can also use double-sided adhesive between the corners and your wall. Or you can place
the poster in a frame (won't that look nice).   

My poster arrived damaged / has a defect. What am I supposed to do?
Keep calm. Contact us via info@boldtuesday.com and describe the situation. Please include a picture of the damage. 

Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with your poster, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. The poster needs to be undamaged and in its
original package (re-sellable condition).  We’ll refund the price of purchase. The shipment cost for returning the poster to us is not refunded. Contact us at info@boldtuesday.com

How to I take care of my poster?
Handle the poster with care, as both vinyl and paper can crease easily.
Carefully and slowly peel the countries from your "Go! World" poster, otherwise the in between borders could come along.
Keep it out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources (like radiators and fire-places), and away from excess humidity. 
If your poster tries to curl up, use wall friendly adhesive tape to attach the sides. 
To avoid greasy fingerprints on poster keep your hands clean!
Use a dry cloth to remove dust.
NB! It’s completely normal that vinyl of "Go! World" poster shrinks a bit over time, so the cut contours become more visible.
